Cancellation & Return Policy
- You may return your order within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or returned.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the item is damaged, shows signs of wear, or is returned without its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are at the customer’s charge. In the case of an exchange, shipping for the new item will be offered free of charge.
